• All sales are final upon ordering.
• No exchange or refunds of food or beverages.
• Unruly customers will be asked to pay the tab and leave.
• The entire party must be present to be seated, once seated there will be no joining of parties.
• During our brunch buffet, all who choose to be seated must pay.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service.
• Please be considerate of guests waiting to dine. All tables will be limited to 90 minutes.
• Gratuity will be added to all checks/tables over $100.
• Separate checks are not an option, only equal play.
• Kelsey’s does not prepare fast food, sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience. Typical wait times are 40-60 minutes when busy.
• Seating is reserved for paying customers only, a sitting fee may be imposed upon management’s discretion.
