Night Audit Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to guests and owners when greeting, checking in and out or responding to any inquires made. Additionally, responsible to promptly answer calls made from guests rooms and providing quality customer service when responding to their requests. Effectively and promptly prepares the following reports: forecasts, expected arrivals and departures, guest list by name and room number, and room status summary. Ensures the accurate daily set up and maintenance of the department in accordance to the organization’s standards. Greets, obtains information, checks in and out guests as well as responds to any requests in a timely and professional manner and other duties that pertain to the position.
